How to update your payment method.
Add A Payment Method to your Groundstate Account :
To update your payment method, please follow these steps.
Step 1.
First login to your account with the account you used to create your order.
You can find the login button here (marked in purple) :

You will be prompted to login with your email :

Enter your email and click continue...a code will be sent to your email address to confirm its you.

Enter this 6-Digit Code from your email to complete the login process.
Please know, you will only need to do this once on the device / browser you normally use, but would need to compelte this process again if you attempt to login on another device or browser.

Step 2
From your account page, it will look something like this (you may have placed orders and these will appear here)
Click your icon in the top right and select profile. (marked in purple above)

In your profile, select +ADD in the payment methods area and follow the on-screen instructions. You will need to clear an identity check here with your bank to confirm its you.
Following the addition of your payment method, if you are a subscriber, we recommend to now navigate to the Manage Subscriptions (marked by the purple arrow)
Managing Your Subscription Payment :

After clicking Manage Subscriptions from your Groundstate profile, you will see the current subscriptions on your account.
We would recommend to check the payment method on EACH subscription under your account. You can also take the opportunity here to manage the subscriptions.
Select the View more button on a selected subscription.

Within the view more of the selected subscription, you will see the Payment Details associated with your subscription on the right side. Confirm these details are correct.
