Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods, promotions, or seasonal sales, processing times may be extended.
- Subscription orders are processed at the 1st week of each month.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Information

Groundstate cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's service. While we will assist in resolving delivery issues where possible, Groundstate is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
