Grown at La Riviera in Risaralda by Andres Quiceno, this coffee comes from a region quietly redefining what’s possible in Colombian coffee.

Here, tradition is just the starting point. The real work happens after the harvest — inside controlled environments where fermentation is guided, shaped, and pushed into new territory.

The result isn’t just quality — it’s intention.

⚗️ Process: Bio-Reactor Nitro

This is where things start to bend a little.

Inside a sealed bioreactor, the coffee is fermented in a nitrogen-rich environment — removing oxygen, stabilising the system, and allowing flavour to develop with unusual precision.

Temperature, pH, sugars — all controlled.
Microbial activity — guided, not left to chance.
