🐸 Introducing Dimitri Croaker – A Coffee Worth Ribbit-ing About (Again)
Washed Heirloom Espresso from Sidama, Ethiopia
He’s cleaned up his act. Dimitri’s gone from wild child to smooth operator—this time rocking a washed process and a whisky-slick finish. Sophisticated, a little spicy, and still totally unpredictable.
This new version of Dimitri Croaker comes from the village of Kuburta in Chiré, Sidama, where smallholder farmers deliver their cherries to the Nibret Alamu washing station. Perched at 1,950 MASL, the station is run with precision by family-owned exporter ASK, led by the passionate Nadja Sofian. With 18 washing basins and over 100 drying beds, this place is a hub of washed coffee excellence.
In the cup? Expect a polished espresso experience: Red Apple brightness, silky Caramel, a whisper of Whisky warmth, topped off with a dash of Nutmeg and a spoonful of Honeyed sweetness. It’s complex, clean, and croak-worthy.
Perfect for espresso lovers in Ireland—and yes, free delivery over €20 means Dimitri hops straight to your door.
