Natural Process, Done Right
This lot is naturally processed — dried whole in the fruit.
As it dries, sugars from the cherry soak into the bean, creating a cup that leans into:
- Bigger body
- Rounded sweetness
- Juicy, fruit-forward notes
Simple process, dialled in properly.
In The Cup
-
Watermelon → bright, juicy, refreshing
-
Milk Teeth Candy → soft, nostalgic sweetness
-
Cherry → clean, crisp finish
Balanced, but with a bit of attitude.
Justine Beaver
Justine showed up one day and never left.
Quiet… chewing… building something no one really understands.
Follow her long enough and things start to shift —
water turns sweet, fruit turns strange,
and time doesn’t move the same.
No one questions it anymore.
They just let Justine do her thing.
Back for a Limited Time
